New Innergy Founder and Director Gil Agnew is an engineer and economist with 25 years experience building projects, events, companies and organizations, doing industrial and technology marketing, general management and business development across four continents with multinational companies such as Sony and Exxon, events such as the Barcelona Olympics, startup companies in digital media technology, and NGOs such as Medecins sans Frontieres.

His experience and network are truly cross-disciplinary and cross cultural, the essence for innovation and entrepreneurship. He founded New Innergy to combine the strength of this diverse experience and network to help individuals and organizations successfully grow and innovate in our increasingly complex and fast-changing society, through the application of values-based entrepreneurship and new socio-economic models.
